jmmm Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jmmm ("jmmm," "we," "our," or "us"), governing your access to and use of the jmmm online gaming platform available at jmmm.one, including all associated services, features, content, and products (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the jmmm Platform, or participating in any game or service offered by jmmm, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with jmmm's Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific promotions or game types. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the jmmm Platform.

Your continued use of the jmmm Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. jmmm recommends that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

Use of the jmmm Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. The minimum age for participation in online gambling in the Philippines is 21 years. jmmm strictly enforces this requirement and conducts age verification as part of the account registration and Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or trustee of any third party.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or agent of jmmm, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from the jmmm Platform or any other gambling platform operated by jmmm or its affiliates.

jmmm reserves the right to request documentation to verify your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of pending withdrawals.

To access the full features of jmmm, you must create an account by completing the registration process accurately and truthfully. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information during registration and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account with jmmm. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different identification information — is strictly prohibited. jmmm employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate registrations. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed, and balances associated with such accounts may be forfeited in full.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jmmm login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs). You agree to notify jmmm immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorized access to your account. jmmm shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

jmmm is required to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. You agree to submit identity verification documents — which may include a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and source of funds documentation — when requested by jmmm. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of verification.

All financial transactions on the jmmm Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jmmm accepts deposits through approved payment methods including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.

Deposits are credited to your jmmm account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jmmm does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges. You are responsible for verifying any such charges with your provider.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to applicable limits and KYC requirements. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within approximately 15 minutes during standard operating hours, subject to technical and compliance reviews. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. jmmm reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests pending completion of identity or transaction verification.

jmmm maintains AML policies in compliance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities as required by law. jmmm reserves the right to suspend accounts and freeze balances pending AML investigations without prior notice.

jmmm offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback deals, and promotional offers to registered players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the promotion, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps.

Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be converted to withdrawable funds. jmmm reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any discrepancy between a promotional communication and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to coordinated wagering between multiple accounts, pattern betting to exploit low-risk wagering, or use of automation tools — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in cancellation of bonuses, forfeiture of winnings, and account closure.

Each game available on the jmmm Platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for reviewing and understanding the rules of any game before placing bets. jmmm accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to understand applicable game rules.

In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during gameplay, the outcome of the affected round may be voided at jmmm's discretion. Any bets placed during a malfunction period shall be returned to the player's account. jmmm's decision regarding the resolution of technical game errors is final.

All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (for RNG-based games) or by physical game equipment under monitored conditions (for live dealer games). Game certification records are maintained in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the jmmm Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or any verification process.
• Accessing the Platform through any automated system, bot, script, or other non-human means.
• Colluding with other players or exploiting software vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity through the Platform.
• Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable Philippine law or international regulations.
• Attempting to circumvent jmmm's security systems, KYC controls, or responsible gaming tools.
• Allowing a minor (person under 21 years of age) to access your account or participate in gameplay.

jmmm is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and player welfare. The Platform provides the following tools, accessible through your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session reminders and cutoff timers.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications displaying the duration of your current gaming session.

All content on the jmmm Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, audio, video, and text — is the property of jmmm or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the jmmm Platform without prior written authorization from jmmm. Unauthorized use of jmmm intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jmmm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or technical failures.

jmmm's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to jmmm in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jmmm's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The jmmm Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jmmm makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose of the Platform or its content.

jmmm's collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is governed by the jmmm Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the jmmm Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data privacy law, including Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012).

jmmm reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via registered email address or prominent notice on the Platform prior to taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the jmmm Platform following notice of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting jmmm support.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the jmmm Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to make reasonable good-faith efforts to resolve disputes through direct communication. Players are encouraged to contact jmmm's customer support team as a first step in addressing any Platform-related concerns.
